Short season! The taste of this delightful foraged plant is somewhere between leek, garlic and cucumber. Both leaves and flowers can be used in much the same way as you would wild garlic and spring onions - in addition to adding a beautiful aesthetic. Only available for around 6 weeks a year make sure you get in quick!
