A wonderful addition to the Xmas table or unique wild gift for any foody, this wild ketchup is made from the finest of the seasons wild damsons cooked together with unique wild spice mixture then has mellowed for three months in our storehouse.
A brilliant addition to a morning fry up . Pairs with cold meats, roasted meats, cheeses . Spices up casseroles and sauces and can be used to create sweet sauces too or spice up stewed fruits for crumbles. It wont last long though as very moreish indeed. A thinner ketchup than usual as recipe based more on the original 'catsup'.
